Yes, registering on Jilitaka is completely free — no fees or charges of any kind. Simply fill in the form with your correct details: name, mobile number, email, and date of birth. Verify via OTP and your account will be activated right away. For more information, Registration page see here.

The minimum age to register on jilitaka is 18. Your date of birth is verified during registration, and anyone under 18 will not be permitted to create an account under any circumstances. This is part of our Responsible Gaming policy.

No. Under Jilitaka's policy, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses may be forfeited.

Login & Account Questions

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your mobile number or email — you'll receive a reset link or OTP. Set your new password and log in. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.

Entering the wrong password too many times will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes, or use the OTP login method instead. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

To change your mobile number or email address, please contact our support team — these updates cannot be made directly for security reasons. You will need to verify your identity with a valid ID and your previous account details.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Jilitaka supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500. There are no deposit fees — every taka you send is credited in full to your account.

Deposits are usually credited instantly — within 5 minutes. If there's a network delay, please wait up to 15 minutes. If your balance still hasn't updated after that, contact support with your transaction ID.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing — typically 6–12 hours. Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: unverified identity, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or mismatched payment details. You will be notified of the reason by email. Resolve the issue and resubmit, or contact support for assistance.

jilitaka does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.
